Summary

Join dLocal's Payins team as an Operations Support Associate and contribute to the efficient execution of daily operational tasks in a global, remote-first environment. You will ensure the correct flow of payments across various countries, perform daily routines including processing manual payins and analyzing reports, identify and report issues, manage SLAs, and collaborate with other departments. Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in administration or any other related field (in process or completed)
  • 1+ years of administrative or back office experience, preferably in a multicultural environment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Strong excel skills, ability to handle large amounts of data and to create reports
  • High attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, Systematic and well organized
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and resolutive

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the correct flow of operations in the company by completing the payments received in different countries where the company has a presence
  • Perform daily routines that include: Processing and ensuring the corresponding manual payins within the established deadlines, analysis of reports and processors performances, getting to know the Convertion Rate and correct flow of the merchants, contact Operations, IT and Incident Management area to solve possible technical problems
  • Identify and reporting issues and follow-up corrective actions to resolve differences and deficiencies
  • Manage tight SLAs and prioritizing workload according to urgency
  • Work closely with other departments of the company
  • Answer with an analysis of claims from merchants or end users
