Requirements

• Have experience with Pershing’s NetX360+
• Have experience with Envestnet’s Advisor Platform
• Have a High School Diploma or equivalent and five (5) years of financial services industry service experience; or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by the hiring manager
• Have SIE and Series 7 certifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of Operations contact for onboarding new client accounts across various technologies
• Provide front-line support for a suite of advisor and client-facing systems, ensuring a smooth and efficient user experience
• Create reports to build efficiencies, pinpoint key performance metrics, and actively contribute to implementing processes that elevate team performance
• Ensure key client information and documentation is current with firm and industry requirements, rules, and regulatory standards
• Act as a mentor and resource to junior team members; foster a collaborative environment, manage team workflow to enhance overall operational efficiency
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned while contributing proactively to the success of the team and adapting to evolving operational demands

• Have experience with PershingX (formerly Albridge)
• Have experience with Excel
• Have experience with Square9 – Global Search
• Have experience with DST Vision
• Have Series 24 certification
