Project Operations Support Specialist

Summary

The job involves supporting daily operations, building and improving relationships with partners, identifying operational gaps, working closely with BD teams, performing data analysis related to on/off-ramps program, and writing announcements and product documents. Responsibilities

• Support daily operation activities – e.g. onboarding, marketing activities, expansion, and problem-solving
• Build and improve sustainable relationships with partners
• Identify potential operational gaps with internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with BD teams for better operation outcomes
• Perform basic data analysis related to the on/off-ramps program
• Write and publish announcements and other product documents

Preferred Qualifications

• Proactive work attitude, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and team spirit
• Knowledge of data analysis preferred
• International education or work experience is preferred; finance-related background is preferred
• Experience in crypto or payment industry preferred
