Summary

The job involves supporting daily operations, building and improving relationships with partners, identifying operational gaps, working closely with BD teams, performing data analysis related to on/off-ramps program, and writing announcements and product documents. The company prefers candidates with a bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English, 1-3+ years of experience in operations, proactive work attitude, problem-solving skills, adaptability, team spirit, knowledge of data analysis, international education or work experience, finance-related background, and experience in the crypto or payment industry.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operation activities – e.g. onboarding, marketing activities, expansion, and problem-solving
• Build and improve sustainable relationships with partners
• Identify potential operational gaps with internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with BD teams for better operation outcomes
• Perform basic data analysis related to the on/off-ramps program
• Write and publish announcements and other product documents

Preferred Qualifications

• Proactive work attitude, problem-solving skills, adaptability, and team spirit
• Knowledge of data analysis preferred
• International education or work experience is preferred; finance-related background is preferred
• Experience in crypto or payment industry preferred
