Summary

This role involves managing responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and SOWs, developing responses adhering to brand standards, facilitating proposal review processes, creating final responses, and tracking opportunities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about process improvement and clear communication, committed to proposal excellence. This is a remote position, preferably based in the DC Metro area, with potential for up to 10% travel. Requirements
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2 years of proposal coordination or management experience in the Federal sector
- Active TS/SCI with preference given to candidates with favorably adjudicated Polygraph
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the proposal development process to ensure compliance and quality
- Develop and maintain supporting documents such as compliance matrices, schedules, and outlines
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather inputs and ensure timely proposal submissions
- Review proposal sections for accuracy, compliance, and alignment with solicitation requirements
- Track and maintain proposal documentation, including resumes, project profiles, and past performance data
- Ensure adherence to organizational standards and federal procurement guidelines
- Support the improvement of processes and tools to enhance proposal development efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting proposals within the Intelligence Community (IC) or other federal agencies
- Familiarity with federal procurement regulations, including FAR and DFARS
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience with proposal management tools, such as Salesforce, or Technomile
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with local and remote teams
- 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience
