Summary
Join JOOR as a Sales Development Associate and contribute to revenue generation by creating sales opportunities. You will qualify leads, collaborate with the marketing team, prepare for and attend trade shows, and work with the sales organization to strategically generate new business. The role requires hitting and exceeding monthly sales goals, managing daily metrics, and handling rejection effectively. You will be supported by experienced managers and encouraged to optimize lead generation processes. This is a remote position based in the US with a competitive salary and benefits package.

- An appetite for learning, with the ability to receive and implement feedback
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads by learning about each brand's approach to wholesale selling
- Work with Demand Generation Marketing team to qualify inbound leads and set appointments for AEโs to conduct live demonstrations of the platform
- Prepare for and attend international fashion trade shows with the aim of generating new business
- Collaborate with the greater Sales organization to generate new business for the company strategically
- Constantly be vigilant in building and moving the pipeline forward
- Be an ambassador for the brand
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience cold-calling and cold-emailing a plus
- Experience working with Salesforce or any other CRM, a plus
