Ops Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• 0-3 years of experience (Management Consulting, Finance, Ops, or high-growth startups preferred)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills (strong Excel)
• Process-driven mindset, with a passion for efficiency and optimization
• High energy, drive, and eagerness to take ownership of projects
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it clearly
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to execute quickly and accurately
• Curiosity and adaptability, with a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Act as an extension of the COO, taking ownership of tasks, anticipating needs, and driving execution across multiple areas
• Build data models, dashboards, and reports to drive insights and decision-making
• Analyze business performance, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements
• Optimize and implement scalable processes to improve operations and workflow
• Own and execute cross-functional projects, working with different teams to drive efficiency
• Support leadership in executing strategic priorities and managing key initiatives
