Requirements

  • Experience: At least 4 years of experience in sales analytics, consulting, investment banking, or an equivalent function, demonstrating proficiency in developing and implementing advanced analytical models and strategies that drive pipeline and revenue growth
  • Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and experience with Python/R for data analysis and Salesforce data schemas
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong capability to analyze complex data sets, extract key insights, and translate them into actionable sales strategies that drive business impact
  • Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively and establish relationships with business partners, especially with the heads of Sales, Ops, and Finance
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex data insights in a comprehensible and engaging manner
  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Statistics, Business, or related fields

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Form strong partnerships with the heads Sales, Finance, and Central RevOps teams to align on key metrics and goals, and ensure collaborative success
  • Develop Self-Service Tools: Create and maintain robust self-service tools and dashboards for trend analysis and decision-making
  • Deliver Strategic Insights: Conduct comprehensive data analysis of quota-carrying performance to identify critical risks and opportunities
  • Automate Deliverables: Streamline operating review deliverables to drive consistency and reduce cycle time
  • Partner with Sales: Enable key stakeholders on insights produced and provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales outcomes
  • Enhance Predictive Analytics: Develop and implement propensity and prediction models to provide our sales team with early insights into upsell opportunities, new prospects, and churn risk, enabling faster and more efficient action
  • Evolve Analytical Capabilities: Partner with Data Engineering to shape the roadmap and development of datasets, continuously enhancing our analytical capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: experience in DBT is preferred
  • Education: A Masterโ€™s degree or higher is advantageous
