Summary

Join a fully remote Orders Team Associate position with a U.S.-based telehealth company, working 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7 AM and 10 PM Central US Time. You will manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency. Requirements

  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with order or inventory systems (training provided)
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Responsibilities

  • Process and verify incoming customer orders with speed and precision
  • Maintain accurate data entry and record-keeping in our order management system
  • Communicate order status and resolve discrepancies or delays as needed
  • Ensure timely and error-free order fulfillment

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in order processing, e-commerce, fulfillment, or customer service is a plus
