Summary
Join Pleo as our Senior Organisational Development Manager and play a pivotal role in shaping our performance and talent management strategies. You will implement and drive our new company-wide performance management approach, co-create our talent strategy, and design impactful talent programs. This role requires expertise in organizational development, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will provide coaching and support to managers, refine our 360-degree feedback approach, and ensure our values are embedded in our people processes. Requirements
- Bring demonstrable experience of implementing and driving performance management in scale-ups and bigger organisations
- Have seen multiple ways of driving performance and talent management and know the pros and cons of different approaches
- Have hands-on experience with performance and talent management systems
- Are data-driven, using insights to inform decisions and drive impactful outcomes
- Excel at stakeholder management, building strong relationships across all levels of the organization
- Are both structured and detail-oriented, and can lead projects forward
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Stay on top of trends and learnings within the field of performance, talent and organisational development
- Are a creative problem-solver, bringing innovative solutions to complex organisational challenges
Responsibilities
- Implementing and driving our new Pleo-wide performance management approach
- Co-creating our talent strategy and designing talent programmes
- Inspiring Pleo through your expertise in organisational development, becoming a trusted advisor across Pleo
- Project managing organisational initiatives
- Ensuring that our values, behaviours and ways of working are embedded across our people processes
- Providing coaching and sparring to managers to drive performance in a kind and empowered way
- Implementing and refining our 360 feedback approach, fostering continuous growth and development

- A business-savvy advocate for your customers (employees!) balancing their needs with business priorities
- A true expert in your field and show great passion and knowledge about performance, talent and development, truly making you an expert in your field
- An excellent communicator, able to adapt communication style based on audience and needs
- A team player who genuinely cares about colleagues and brings energy and positivity
