Requirements
- An excellent level of sales knowledge including understanding sales cycles and creating a sales culture
- Proven experience in successfully leading and managing a sales team
- Proven experience of creating and delivering sales and account management plans
- Experience of developing and managing budgets, teams and operating processes
- Proven experience of market analysis to identify relevant markets
- The successful applicant must have the pre-existing right to both live, and to work in the UK

- Support and work with key decision makers and senior leadership of organisations to deliver strategies by aligning them with our product and service portfolio, creating value for IOSH both financially and reputationally
- Manage a team and demonstrate excellent leadership skills, demonstrating confidence, perseverance and personal resilience through visible leadership
- Promote IOSHβs products and services to its markets, partners and other stakeholders
- Develop and implement robust sales strategies to drive success
