Summary
Join our client, a dynamic real estate company, as their Cold Outreach Email Marketing Specialist! This fully remote position (9 AM - 5 PM EST) requires a hands-on expert in Instantly platform email marketing. You will manage high-volume, automated cold outreach campaigns, optimize performance through A/B testing, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate possesses 2-3 years of experience in cold outreach email marketing, proven Instantly platform expertise, and strong analytical skills. Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in cold outreach email marketing or a similar sales development role. Strong understanding of the sales process and customer engagement tactics
- Deep experience using the Instantly platform, with a strong track record of driving results through email outreach automation
- Experience with A/B testing, CRM management, and performance analytics. You should know how to optimize email outreach to maximize lead conversions
- Comfortable managing high volumes of cold outreach emails (10-100K emails/day), and the technical expertise to do so without hitting spam filters
- Strong written communication skills. Ability to craft personalized cold outreach emails that drive engagement and build relationships
- Ability to manage and maintain accurate lead data and ensure emails are consistently personalized and targeted for maximum impact
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute cold email campaigns using the Instantly platform to engage with potential leads and drive conversions. Focus on high-volume, automated outreach while maintaining quality and personalization
- Utilize the Instantly platform to its full potential, including configuring campaigns, segmenting audiences, and analyzing performance. Ensure deliverability, avoid spam filters, and manage warm-up processes
- Work closely with the team to input and manage lead data in the system. While you will be provided with some leads, you'll also have the ability to source and identify new leads from various data sources (CRM, LinkedIn, etc)
- Continuously test subject lines, email copy, sending frequency, and other parameters to optimize cold outreach campaigns and improve key metrics such as open rates, response rates, and conversions
- Provide regular updates on campaign performance, insights into key metrics, and suggestions for improving strategies. Help develop the email marketing strategy based on analytical data
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align on outreach goals, messaging, and tracking. Ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads to the sales team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot, Salesforce, or others
- Understanding of the finance or real estate sectors is a plus but not required
