Summary

Join our fast-growing start-up as an Outbound Growth Intern, supporting the outbound strong growth worldwide by automating lead generation, managing email infrastructure, developing workflows, and more. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Head of Outbound and have daily interactions with Sales Development Representatives and the Marketing team.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled/graduating in your final year of a Master’s degree in an engineering school or a business school with a technical or data science background
  • Fluent in English (we work mainly in the US)
  • Good writing and communication skills in English
  • Experience working with automation tools
  • Put great attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Automate the daily lead generation process for our team of Sales Development Representatives
  • Manage the email infrastructure and reputation (inboxes, domains, rotations, warmups, relationship w/ vendors)
  • Develop workflows to automate the manual steps of the process
  • Manage and optimize outbound tools (Cargo, Salesforce, SmartLead …)
  • Write and update email sequences
  • Test new tools and stay up-to-date on outbound trends
  • Work hand-in-hand with the sales team to have their feedback on the quality of the leads you brought them
  • Create analysis and reporting to monitor outbound results
