Summary
Join Lawmatics as an Associate Account Executive and run the full sales cycle, prospecting and generating new business opportunities in the legal industry, targeting small to medium-sized law firms. Conduct outbound prospecting, build a strong pipeline of qualified leads, engage with prospective customers, conduct product demos, and collaborate with internal teams to drive overall revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 1+ years of outbound sales experience, preferably in SaaS and in a professional service industry or 3+ years of outbound SDR experience with a proven track record of being a top performer ready for their opportunity to run the full sales cycle
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Experience with outbound sales prospecting and lead generation
- Excellent verbal and written communication and demonstration skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospective customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage and work a high volume of leads, opportunities and successfully manage your pipeline
- Proficiency with CRM and sales prospecting tools, such as Salesforce, Salesloft and other sales engagement tools
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting (cold call, email, video prospecting, Linkedin, etc.) to identify and qualify new business opportunities in the legal industry, specifically targeting small to medium-sized law firms
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to meet or exceed sales targets
- Engage with prospective customers via phone, email, video, social, etc. to understand their current challenges and how Lawmatic can solve those challenges
- Conduct product demos to prospective customers, both individually and in groups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers to drive long-term business growth
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Development, Sales Enablement, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to drive overall revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
