Outside Sales Account Manager

Summary

The Account Manager role at SunSource involves developing and managing sales activities within a specified territory, creating a sales plan, conducting prospecting activities, collaborating with customer service and technical support teams, and utilizing tools and resources. The candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a 2-year technical degree in fluid power or related field, Fluid Power Certification is preferred but not required, at least 2 years of increasing sales experience, 1 year in industrial sales, previous sales experience in mobile hydraulic service/repair, ability to build and maintain relationships, clear and concise communication skills, computer proficiency, a valid driver's license, and may require overnight travel. Requirements

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent
• Fluid Power Certification is preferred
• 2+ years of increasing sales experience, with at least 1 years in industrial sales
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Can achieve and exceed sales goals
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency is required
• Must have a valid driver's license
