Requirements

  • Experience selling services to Architectural and Engineering firms
  • Existing network of contacts in A/E is required
  • A go getter who isn’t afraid to pound phones, networking events and cold calling
  • Proven experience running and closing multiple sales processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HubSpot CRM software
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Good organization skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent phone and networking skills
  • Strong listening and sales skills
  • Ability to achieve targets
  • Candidate has had some professional sales training

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients through prospecting, networking and connecting online
  • Follow up on leads to assure contract is signed and customer is committed
  • Answer potential customers' questions and send additional information via email
  • Create and maintain a database of current and potential clients in HubSpot
  • Upsell products and services
  • Research and qualify new leads
  • Close sales and achieve sales targets
  • Attend local and national trade shows and networking events
