Join our dynamic marketing firm as an Entry-level Inside/Outside Sales Representative and play a crucial role in driving annual growth. This quota-carrying position involves actively prospecting and acquiring new business, representing the brand at industry events, and collaborating with the Revenue Operations team. You will contribute to strategic marketing plans, ensuring sales goals are achieved by effectively positioning solutions for new and existing clients. Your market insights will inform our growth strategy. This role is vital to expanding our clientele and strengthening our market presence in the SSD law market. Compensation includes a base salary of $36k-$48k plus commission.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in advertising or digital marketing
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuasively convey our services to potential clients
- Skilled in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities both inside and outside the organization
- Adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills with a knack for closing deals effectively
- Proficiency in advertising, digital marketing, analytics, Return-on-Investment modelling, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- When faced with a problem or obstacle, instead of just reporting or escalating, should instead demonstrate initiative by evaluating multiple solutions and taking the correct course of action
Responsibilities
- Actively engage in inside and outside sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and face-to-face client meetings
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Develop and deliver engaging presentations that effectively showcase DL Marketing's services to potential clients
- Focus on acquiring new clients while maintaining relationships with existing ones, ensuring a strong pipeline of engagements
- Collaborate with the RevOps team to identify possible partnerships and to build a referral and reseller network
- Attend industry specific tradeshows and conferences as well as collaborate with the RevOps team to conceptualize and organize branded or hosted events
- Regularly track sales activities and provide reports on progress towards sales targets
- Work closely with the RevOps team to understand and promote the company's services accurately and effectively
- Provide feedback from clients to enhance service delivery and contribute to strategy discussions
