Join DataDome's Growth Team as a Paid Acquisition Manager and lead the company's digital advertising strategy. You will own and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple channels, maximizing ROI and collaborating with various teams. Responsibilities include developing and executing the global paid acquisition strategy, managing a multi-million dollar budget, optimizing creative and messaging, and providing performance analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in paid acquisition for B2B SaaS, strong analytical skills, and expertise in various advertising platforms. Requirements
- 5+ years in paid acquisition or performance marketing, driving growth for B2B SaaS
- Proven success managing ads for a multi-product, global SaaS targeting Enterprise
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube ads, and other paid channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data & translate it into insights and strategic recommendations
- Experience working cross-functionally, with excellent internal communication skills to influence and collaborate effectively
- Fluent written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Own & Develop the global paid acquisition strategy: Define, plan and execute our paid marketing strategy with a strong focus on efficiency and ROI (MQLs, SQLs, Revenue)
- Act as the subject matter expert on paid acquisition, continuously refining best practices, testing new channels, and improving performance
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure paid acquisition efforts are aligned with overall go-to-market strategies
- Manage and scale multi-channel paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube ads, Meta, display and emerging platforms
- Identify and test new formats and campaign structures to uncover untapped growth opportunities
- Develop and execute a rigorous testing roadmap to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall efficiency
- Leverage AI tools to optimize workflows and performance
- Manage and optimize a multi-million dollar budget, balancing short-term performance with long-term brand-building objectives to maximize ROI
- Present budget recommendations and investment rationales to leadership, establish a yearly and quarterly forecast
- Work closely with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and copy that drive engagement and conversions
- Leverage your creativity to continuously test new messaging, visuals, formats, and placements to maximize engagement
- Work closely with content, design, and product marketing teams to align paid media strategies with broader business objectives and product launches
- Collaborate with the demand generation teams to ensure a cohesive strategy
- Partner with sales teams to refine lead scoring, improve MQL-to-SQL conversion and enhance targeting
- Define, track, and report on key paid acquisition KPIs, providing in-depth analysis and actionable insights to key stakeholders, including the executive team
- Leverage data to present high-level insights focusing on Account-Based Marketing (ABM), account penetration, and engagement trends, offering a holistic view of impact and opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience targeting IT & Cybersecurity
- A creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh ideas to campaign strategies and ad creatives
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered marketing tools and an eagerness to further explore AI-driven efficiencies. Weβre looking for someone who has already started integrating AI into their workflow
- French is a plus
