Join Felix, Canada's leading on-demand healthcare platform, as a Senior Growth Manager and play a key role in scaling their digital acquisition efforts. This high-impact position focuses on customer acquisition, creative development, and optimizing growth levers across paid and organic channels. You will own the strategy and execution of high-impact digital creative assets, work closely with the Creative team to develop and iterate on ad creatives, manage performance marketing strategy across various channels, analyze user acquisition and retention cohorts, design and run experiments to improve conversion rates, partner with lifecycle marketing and product teams to optimize onboarding and retention, collaborate with analytics and finance to forecast performance and track KPIs, and stay informed about industry trends to identify new opportunities. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer with strong analytical skills, a creative strategist, a CRO expert, a collaborative team player, and a growth-focused leader.

Requirements

  • A data-driven marketer with a strong ability to analyze and optimize performance campaigns
  • A creative strategist who understands how to develop compelling ads that drive conversions, unearthing new insights and hypothesis form both our consumers and external industry trends
  • A CRO expert who knows how to improve landing page performance and user experience
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
  • A growth-focused leader who proactively identifies opportunities and executes with excellence
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role
  • Deep experience in digital advertising (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.) and a track record of managing high-performance campaigns
  • Hands-on experience with CRO tools and A/B testing methodologies to improve conversion rates
  • Experience in affiliate marketing or partner-driven acquisition programs
  • Strong analytical skills with experience working in Excel, LightDash, Segment and similar BI tools

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy and execution of high-impact digital creative assets across Meta, YouTube, Google, and other acquisition channels
  • Work closely with the Creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad creatives, messaging, and formats that convert
  • Own performance marketing strategy across channels like Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms. Manage budget allocation and CAC targets
  • Analyze user acquisition and retention cohorts to surface insights and inform growth roadmaps
  • Design and run experiments to improve conversion rates across our landing pages and web funnels, leveraging tools like HotJar, GA4 and WebFlow Optimize
  • Partner with lifecycle marketing and product teams to optimize onboarding, retention, and LTV through email, SMS, and in-product interventions
  • Collaborate with analytics and finance to forecast performance, track KPIs, and report on marketing ROI
  • Keep a pulse on industry trends and identify new channels, tools, or tactics that give us a competitive edge

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) online brand or startup environment is preferred
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-focused company
  • Experience in healthcare, wellness, or highly regulated industries
  • Hands-on experience with SQL or data visualization tools
