Requirements

• 5 years of experience in operational paid ad management on Meta and Google
• Demonstrable success in lead generation and campaign planning
• Proactive and solution-oriented work style
• Analytical understanding to translate data into actionable insights
• Ability to work independently and organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and competing demands
• Excellent understanding of text and language, strong communication skills, friendliness, and the ability to clearly represent one's position even on conflicting issues
• Excellent German and fluent business English skills in written and spoken form are mandatory

Responsibilities

• Manage paid ad campaigns on Meta and Google
