• Excellent English communication skills, essential for effective team collaboration

Responsibilities

• Master ad buying and optimization on Google and Meta, ensuring maximum campaign effectiveness
• Utilize relevant analytics tools to track ad performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance results
• Independently create compelling ad creatives that resonate with B2B audiences
• Implement strategies to generate leads through Meta/Google ads, contributing to the agency's growth
• Develop and refine marketing funnels to improve lead conversion rates
