Requirements
- 4-6 years of proven experience in paid media campaign development, deployment, and analysis, with a minimum of 2 years in the healthcare industry
- Advanced experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Microsoft Ads, DSPs, and other ad serving platforms
- Understanding of the healthcare marketing landscape
- Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio, with the ability to navigate the data and find answers
- Experience in campaign data analysis and storytelling
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful lead generation strategies
- Experience with conversion tracking and an understanding of attribution modeling
- Experience in A/B testing and optimization techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote agency environment
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive paid media strategies for healthcare accounts
- Assist in developing and drive lead generation strategies
- Experience in outlining media plans for multi-channel campaigns
- Manage multi-channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and KPIs
- Develop and deliver insightful monthly reports, outlining key metrics, trends, and actionable recommendations
- Proactively identify opportunities for campaign optimization and implement data-driven adjustments
- Maintain advanced knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in paid media
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
- Confidently present campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients
