Paid Media Manager

Summary

Join Wisevu™, a fully remote digital marketing agency, and lead our paid media team. You will oversee strategic planning and execution of campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms, mentoring a team of specialists. Develop full-funnel ad strategies and budgets for multiple clients, presenting results to stakeholders. Implement performance tracking and optimization processes, staying ahead of platform trends. This role requires 5+ years of paid media experience, including 2+ years in management, proven success with Google and Meta Ads, and strong analytical skills. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in paid media, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Proven track record of leading successful Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
• Experience managing and mentoring a team in an agency environment
• Professional English fluency
• Deep understanding of performance metrics, conversion tracking, attribution, and reporting
• Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the strategic planning and execution of all paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms
• Manage and mentor a team of paid media specialists, ensuring campaigns meet client and business objectives
• Develop full-funnel ad strategies and budgets for multiple clients/accounts
• Present campaign strategies, reports, and performance results to stakeholders and clients
• Implement processes for performance tracking, campaign optimization, and reporting
• Stay ahead of platform trends and guide the team in testing and adopting new paid media tactics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other platforms
• Google Analytics Certification or equivalent knowledge
