Responsibilities

• Manage assigned tasks efficiently in Asana, ensuring timely completion and adherence to instructions provided by the Strategists while maintaining best practices
• Perform recurring account optimizations and routine hygiene tasks such as SQRs, budget pacing checks, placement audits, negative keyword management, ad extension management, supporting with keyword research, production of campaign builds, ad copy ideation and optimization, physical launch of campaigns
• Assist with client communications, taking notes during appropriate calls, populating action items in Asana, assisting with reporting data pulls, table, and chart creation
• Ensure proactive communication with the Strategist team, reporting any challenges or requirements during task assignments
