• Conduct detailed research to segment audiences and create targeted avatars and lookalike audiences
• Manage the setup and ongoing adjustment of ad campaigns, including uploading ad content and managing campaign budgets
• Optimize ads for conversions by implementing effective strategies and conducting continuous A/B testing
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including lead tracking and attribution
