Paid Media Specialist

Summary

The job is for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will assist in creating and building digital marketing campaigns for healthcare clients. The role requires 2-3 years of experience in campaign development, deployment, and results in a dynamic agency environment.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of proven experience writing ads, building, launching, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on multi-channel paid media campaigns
• Experience running media including: Google Ads (paid search, display, YouTube, etc.), Microsoft Ads, Meta Business Manager, LinkedIn, native ads, Spotify/Pandora ads, TikTok ads, OTT
• Experience in reporting to showcase campaign data effectively to clients
• Experience in setting up conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager and Analytics
• Experience in recommending and implementing adjustments to campaign components to enhance results (example A/B testing)
• Experience with conversion landing page tools

Responsibilities

• Assist the senior team in creating and building out highly effective digital campaigns to help drive toward great outcomes for clients
• Provide campaign insights and recommendations weekly and monthly through campaign data and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

Google Ads and Analytics certifications are a plus
