Summary
Join Digital Reach Agency, a full-service B2B SaaS & Tech digital marketing agency, as a Paid Media Technician. This contract role supports larger client teams, managing paid digital media campaigns across various platforms. You will analyze campaign data, create reports, monitor performance, and present updates. Success requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and self-motivation, as this is a remote position. Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics is essential. The ideal candidate possesses strong time management, written and verbal communication, and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Supreme attention to detail and the ability to follow and execute clear and defined processes
- Self-driven and excellent at time management, tech-savvy, resourceful, adaptable, and accountable
- Open communication with clients and internal teams
- Ability to focus on both the big picture as well as get into the nitty gritty of a project
- Excellent time management, written & verbal communication, and organization skills
- Independent worker, but know when to get feedback or thoughts when running into issues. You aren’t afraid of constructive criticism
- Out-of-the-box thinker – you aren’t afraid to fail or try new ideas that you haven’t tried before
- Able to work remotely – we communicate via Gmail, Asana, Slack, Harvest, and Zoom
- 3+ years of paid media experience
- Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics
- Ability to communicate and collaborate across marketing teams
- Ability to effectively discuss feedback and accept constructive criticism
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of paid digital media, including search engine marketing (SEM), display, programmatic, video, and native advertising for assigned client accounts
- Analyze and report on paid media campaign data and performance
- Data pulls/compilation and deck creation for reporting deliverables
- Campaign and and creative performance monitoring/compiling to assist in weekly communication with clients
- Monitoring paid social campaigns for user comments/reactions and addressing accordingly
- Present paid media plans, performance data, and project updates (internal and external)
- Support the launch of new campaigns and assets
Preferred Qualifications
- Some years at an agency and/or in B2B SaaS & Tech
- Experience with Microsoft Advertising, and DSPs
- Experience working remotely
Benefits
Hourly rate of $15-20/hr
