Paid Social Analyst

Summary

Join MINT MOBILE's Marketing Team as a remote Analyst, Paid Social! Reporting to the Senior Manager, Display & Video, you'll manage paid social channels (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, etc.), optimizing campaigns and driving innovation. You'll track performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations to shape acquisition strategies. The role requires 2+ years of experience with social buying platforms and strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements

• 2+ years experience with social buying platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, Snapchat etc
• Hands-On-Keys experience creating, deploying, and optimizing media campaigns
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with strong attention to detail
• Enthusiasm for translating data into actionable insights
• Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Advanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Self-starter that has the ability to work independently while also having the desire to learn from and grow with the team

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day management of paid social platforms (Meta, Reddit, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.)
• Manage creative content; add and adjust copy, images, and video based on promotional updates and seasonal trends; help project manage creative trafficking
• Track and implement budget and bid optimizations, in alignment with the Paid Social Manager’s strategy
• Optimize campaigns to achieve sales and efficiency goals using last-touch and custom attribution models
• Monitor campaign performance, investigate changes, identify trends, and surface insights and recommendations
• Update daily/weekly/monthly reports, analyzing the performance of campaigns, audiences, placements, and creatives
• Regularly communicate with 3rd-party vendors, informing them of upcoming changes and seeking out their guidance and expertise
• Support the team in helping to shape our acquisition strategies by providing recommendations, participating in team brainstorms, and contributing to strategic decisions
