Summary
Join Townsquare Ignite as a Paid Social Analyst and collaborate with the Media Buying and Account Management teams to plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across various platforms. This remote role requires close teamwork. You will conduct audience research, execute campaign setup and optimization, monitor performance, manage creative trafficking, build tracking pixels, and maintain a deep understanding of platform best practices. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6+ months of experience in digital media, preferably in paid social. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who thrives both independently and in a team setting
- Must be proficient, intermediate level, with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Responsibilities
- Conduct audience research and build strategic social media campaign plans
- Execute campaign setup, launch, and optimization across paid social platforms
- Monitor pacing and campaign performance, and maintain daily updates
- Manage creative trafficking, testing, and troubleshooting across platforms
- Build, implement, and troubleshoot tracking pixels for campaign measurement
- Maintain a deep understanding of each platform’s best practices and policies
- Collaborate with Account Management to resolve performance issues or discrepancies
- Provide support for media buying strategy and performance optimizations
- Deliver assigned tasks on time with attention to accuracy and detail
- Communicate performance insights and collaborate cross-functionally to drive results
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience in digital media, preferably in paid social (preferred, not required)
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Pinterest Ads and Nextdoor ads is a plus
