Join our team as a Paid Social Marketer to manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You will be responsible for crafting strategies, setting up and managing campaigns, allocating budgets, creating compelling ad creatives, and writing persuasive ad copy. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in social advertising platforms, and experience in A/B testing and data analysis. Requirements

• 3+ years experience managing paid social campaigns
• Proficiency in social advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
• Excellent copywriting and visual design skills for ad creation
• Knowledge of audience targeting and segmentation techniques
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Ability to work during U.S. work hours (PT/ ET)
