Join Codekeeper and become a pivotal member of the Customer Success team, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by using our product or service. As a Paralegal with customer service skills, you will bridge the company and its customers, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and providing support on legal matters. You will manage the process of drafting legal language for customer agreements, prepare documents for review, and handle customer requests and questions about services and account management. You will also support customers with tech setup, work with leads to guide them about the service, and draft reports based on customer-provided information. The role requires proficiency in legal document drafting, excellent written communication, and familiarity with LegalTech concepts. Prior experience in customer success is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Manage the process of drafting legal language for customer agreements by incorporating their requirements
- Prepare required documents for review by your manager before sharing with the client
- Receive requests from users and leads, answering questions about services and Codekeeper account management
- Handle customer requests quickly and correctly, ensuring their needs are met
- Support customers in setting up connections between their source code management platform and Codekeeper, ensuring correct administration
- Work with leads, answering their questions and guiding them about the service via email and website chat
- Draft reports based on customer-provided information and send them back to the clients
