Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4-8+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably with experience in tax or financial concepts
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Provide substantive support for tax disputes in audits, administrative forums, and tax litigation
• Work with members of the Tax team and the business to respond to discovery by coordinating written responses and document collection
• Manage day-to-day calendaring of audits and tax litigation deadlines
• Implement and maintain systems for organizing tax controversy productions
• Maintain and update databases of key documents for the Tax team
• Update tax controversy trackers and resource materials
• Implement and refine internal processes across the Tax team for executing agreements, maintaining records, and coordinating with stakeholders
• Coordinate with Airbnb business and legal stakeholders to ensure compliance and processes are in place

Preferred Qualifications
