Summary

Join JumpCloud® as a Partner Account Executive and be the primary point of contact for MSP partners. You will cultivate relationships, understand their business needs, and enable their success using the JumpCloud platform. Responsibilities include presenting and selling the platform, developing business plans, driving revenue through partner onboarding, conducting business reviews, accelerating partner time to revenue, prioritizing partner engagement, providing day-to-day support, assisting with quotes and proposals, collaborating with internal teams, and participating in industry events. This role requires 2-4 years of business development, sales, or account management experience in a SaaS environment with an IT-focused product, experience selling to MSPs, proven success in meeting key performance metrics, and a BA/BS degree or equivalent. Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment are also essential. The position offers a competitive salary range of $130,000-$150,000 annually, plus benefits.

Requirements

  • 2 - 4 years of business development, sales, and/or account management experience, ideally in a SaaS environment with an IT-focused product
  • Experience selling to MSPs required
  • Proven experience meeting or exceeding key performance metrics
  • BA / BS or equivalent education and relevant experience
  • Ability to explore and make recommendations to partners based on customer needs strong initiative and creativity applied through technology
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others
  • Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment, vibrant and energetic attitude, willingness to perform and get things done

Responsibilities

  • Present, promote, and sell the JumpCloud platform to prospective partners and customers
  • Develop business plans and drive lead generation with partners
  • Drive new revenue through on boarding and incubating new partners and expanding existing book of partners
  • Conduct regular business reviews and planning meetings with top and emerging partners in assigned market segment
  • Accelerating new partner account’s time to revenue by facilitating onboarding, training and overall enablement programs
  • Prioritizing current and potential partners engagement levels to foster growth among high priority partners
  • Provide day-to-day support for JumpCloud Partners to help them sell, implement and support JumpCloud offerings
  • Assist partners with quotes and proposals for JumpCloud services
  • Work with internal cross-functional teams to assist with partner implementation, support and escalations
  • Participation in industry events such as trade shows, seminars and Partner events
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Support, Marketing, Product, etc.) to ensure an ideal and constantly improving partner experience
