Summary

Join Fivetran's Partner Organization as a Partner Area Manager (PAM) and play a key role in growing our business within key UK/I markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy, building strong relationships with SI partners, and creating joint marketing and sales opportunities. This full-time position, based in Dublin or remotely in the UK (near London), involves approximately 20% travel. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to drive revenue and enable partners to successfully utilize Fivetran. The role requires experience with Regional or Global Systems Integrators and relevant sales/account management experience. Requirements

  • Experience working with or at Regional or Global Systems Integrators
  • Experience in the Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, or GCP Ecosystems
  • Past relevant sales/account management experience
  • Salesforce.com experience
  • Partner Marketing experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day to day tactical relationship and be point of contact for all partners in UK/I
  • Identify opportunities where we can engage & plan co-sell engagements between Fivetran reps and partner sales reps
  • Build a co-marketing plan using sales plays to deliver mutually beneficial value propositions to our addressable enterprise markets
  • Uncover opportunities to deepen our partnerships and drive referrals, co-sells, expansions, and the ability to build products alongside our partners
  • Create more strategic opportunities for Fivetran to participate in and increase strategic alignment between SI organizations, technology partners & the Fivetran revenue organization
  • Enable and train SIs to deliver key outcomes to their customers using Fivetran in their modern data stack
  • Closely align with the GSI Partner Development Managers (PDMs), other PSMs and Strategic Technology PDMs to help leverage all co-sell opportunities and produce strategic high leverage opportunities for the organization
