Summary

Join LastPass as a Regional Partner Manager, MSP, and be responsible for recruiting, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with MSP partners to expand LastPass's reach. Requirements

  • Channel sales or business development experience, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, or MSP ecosystem
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies, especially in areas related to password management and identity protection. Familiarity with LastPass is a plus
  • Ability to understand and navigate the MSP business model
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organization
  • Ability to analyze partner performance, market trends, and business metrics
  • Comfortable with a fast-paced environment, including the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to travel/ attend to trade shows, conferences and partner meeting

Responsibilities

  • Implement strategies to recruit, onboard and retain MSP partners ensuring continuous growth
  • Train and enable MSP partners to effectively sell and support LastPass
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to create co-marketing campaigns and strategies that align with overall business goals and drive partner success
  • Stay on top of market trends and customer needs to adapt partnership strategies accordingly
  • Represent LastPass at trade shows and events, engaging with current and prospective partners
