Summary

Join Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform, as a Partner Success | Scalable Solutions & Innovation Manager in Brazil. You will be responsible for scaling solutions and launching new initiatives for Wellhub partners and internal teams globally. This involves creating and managing frameworks, go-to-market strategies, and project MVPs to enhance partner experience and promote a culture of scalability and innovation. You will collaborate with various teams, develop go-to-market plans, and educate stakeholders. The role requires experience in Go-to-Market strategies, project management, and data analysis, along with strong analytical and communication skills. Requirements

  • Experience with Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, with expertise in at least two of the following areas: developing and orchestrating strategic GTM plans; organizing and driving product roadmaps; business planning; leading partner programs; building, developing, and executing sales enablement strategies; Developing insights from market research and analysis; End-to-end customer journey; or related
  • Collaboration with various teams to develop both go-to-market strategies and projects MVPs
  • Background in project management, business planning and development, sales operations and enablement, or related work experience
  • Demonstrated ability to both advocate for strategic initiatives and drive their successful execution, effectively balancing strategic vision with hands-on implementation
  • Knowledge of sales processes and commercial strategies
  • Strong analytical skills (required at least advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets. Moreover - Python, SQL or others ​​are a plus)
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Development of frameworks to ensure scalability of operations based on data collected and commercial enablement processes
  • Global mindset and ability to work with senior stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented professional
  • Mandatory Fluency in English and Portuguese

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of the global and regional go-to-market strategies and be accountable for its operationalization and implementation, ensuring alignment with the Wellhub’s annual global programs and fostering scalability
  • Tackle both well-defined and ambiguous problems by systematically breaking them down into key priorities aligned with desired outcomes. This will involve crafting actionable plans to address these prioritized strategies, followed by meticulous execution and progress reporting
  • Collaborate with regional commercial leadership to develop and execute go-to-market plans that effectively aligns commercial teams and other areas (marketing, finance, sales operations), while ensuring Wellhub’s processes and compliance are best organized and deployed to drive results
  • Scale solutions through creation, improvements & standardization of frameworks, features and processes to guarantee the scalability of our partner’s network across all segments, aligned with the evolving business requirements
  • Educate Wellhub and key internal stakeholders with the knowledge and insights necessary to deliver the best experience to our partner ecosystem
  • Enhance innovation by identifying trends and launching new projects & MVPs of benefits to our partner’s network

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven experience of working for consulting firms is a plus
  • Spanish is a strong plus
