Summary

Deepgram is seeking a dynamic Partner Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and co-selling activities. Responsibilities include fostering relationships with partners, driving named partner sales, building partner-sourced pipeline growth, participating in customer meetings, monitoring and reporting on the progress of co-sell opportunities, identifying and onboarding new strategic partners, and staying informed about industry trends.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development, partner management, or sales roles within the technology industry
  • Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and co-selling activities

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with partners through regular communication in order to define value propositions and positioning for joint solutions
  • Drive named partner sales through established partners, continuously refining and optimizing our co-sell strategies
  • Build partner-sourced pipeline growth by actively identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into opportunities
  • Participate in customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations to help close co-sell deals
  • Work across the organization to build product partner materials for both internal and external parties
  • Monitor and report on the progress of co-sell opportunities, ensuring alignment with revenue targets
  • Identify and onboard new strategic partners aligned with Deepgram's product offerings and target markets

Preferred Qualifications

Strong understanding of AI, speech recognition, or related technology domains
