Summary
Join iManage as a Partner Enablement Learning Program Manager and design, implement, and oversee partner training programs aligned with business objectives. You will identify performance gaps, create measurable success programs, and drive successful product sales and implementation. This remote role requires program development, measurement and evaluation, curriculum creation, and training delivery. You will collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and the partner community. Occasional travel may be required for team collaboration and company events. The role demands strong consultative skills and a passion for innovative program design.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of relevant learning and development experience within a SaaS company
- Experience in instructional design, curriculum creation and application of metrics to evaluate program success
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
- Strong skills in developing learning programs and content with experience in eLearning tools
- Strong consultative experience with the ability to assess partner needs, influence stakeholders and resolve conflicts through effective collaboration
- An understanding of organizational development and adult learning principles to enhance program effectiveness
- A Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic oversight for our learning programs; including the defining vision, purpose, developmental programming and budget management
- Work directly with our partner community to identify gaps in knowledge as well as requirements needed to design learning programs that align with our business goals
- Evaluate current materials and technologies to better build upon our partner learning roadmap
- Track program effectiveness using KPIs (module completion rates, partner feedback, customer NPS scores, CSAT scores, etc.)
- Iterate and improve learning program based on these insights
- Present these insights to executive stakeholders to better communicate how we will fill in any gaps
- Create and implement comprehensive learning programs tailored to a global audience across diverse geographies
- Build programs that are impactful, scalable, sustainable and drive measurable growth and improvement in our business outcomes
- Organize workshops, webinars, and self-paced learning modules to deliver content to our partner community
- Work with subject matter experts to deliver technical, as well as soft skills content
- Continue to stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to share across both our internal teams and partner networks
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the legal tech space; particularly with iManage products
- Storyline or Camtasia experience
