Requirements

  • 2+ years of Event Management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and critical thinking
  • The candidate must be highly motivated and able to work efficiently in both independent and collaborative situations
  • Strong communication skills, and working cross-functionally with other departments
  • Travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

  • Execute against a comprehensive marketing strategy specifically for partner events, and pipeline-driving activities, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives
  • Plan, organize, promote, and execute a range of partner events, including trade shows, conferences, and corporate meetings, ensuring all activities are tailored to partnership goals
  • Oversee the partner event budget, balancing cost-effectiveness with high-quality delivery standards
  • Build and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to support event and field activity execution, including venues, caterers, and audiovisual technicians
  • Execute on quarterly and monthly plans to drive net new logos, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities specifically through the partner channel
  • Collect and analyze data from partner & field events and activities to measure success, provide insights, and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with the partner growth, partner acquisition, and partner marketing teams in addition to senior field & product marketing stakeholders to ensure support is being provided throughout the team where needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Partner marketing experience
  • Marketo or Hubspot and Salesforce experience
