Summary

Join HubSpot as a Partner Specialist and be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and closing partnerships. You will leverage consultative selling skills to manage inbound leads and build your own pipeline. This role involves selling HubSpot's software, Inbound methodology, and Partner Program, guiding prospective partners on improving client acquisition, retention, and overall profitability. You will create a large pipeline of leads, dissect partner business goals, present HubSpot's solutions, and close deals above quota. Collaboration with marketing and technology teams is also expected. The ideal candidate is bilingual (Japanese and English), a top performer with strong consultative selling and closing skills, and a positive, goal-oriented attitude.

Requirements

  • Speak both Japanese and English at a professional level written and oral
  • Have the desire and commitment to do what it takes to be successful in sales

  • Be Top Producers in their current role

Responsibilities

  • Create a large pipeline of leads and opportunities through a combination of outbound and inbound strategies to identify, recruit, and develop prospective high value partners through a defined reseller acquisition process
  • Dissect a partner's business goals and help them develop a better plan for achieving them
  • Become an expert at presenting how the inbound methodology and HubSpot's software can help a partner improve the fundamentals of their business
  • Close new business at or above quota level by identifying partners who are willing to invest both time and money in leveraging our software and training
  • Work with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our companyโ€™s values, unique culture, and vision for the future
