Summary

Join NICE, a global leader in market-disrupting software, as a Strategic Partner Executive to build and scale our partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS). This critical role involves developing and executing a joint go-to-market (GTM) plan, overseeing co-selling and co-marketing activities, managing Marketplace integration, and ensuring compliance with AWS co-sell requirements. You will lead the migration and listing strategy on AWS Marketplace, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses 10-20 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years managing cloud partnerships with AWS, a deep understanding of cloud ecosystems and AWS co-sell motions, and a proven track record of driving revenue through strategic partnerships. Requirements

  • 10–20 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years managing cloud partnerships, ideally with AWS
  • Deep understanding of cloud ecosystems, SaaS business models, and AWS co-sell motions, including ACE and AWS Marketplace mechanics
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through strategic technology partnerships or alliances
  • Strong operational discipline and experience with CRM tools (Salesforce), partnership platforms and cloud marketplaces
  • Excellent interpersonal, project management, and executive communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Joint AWS GTM Strategy: Build and operationalize a comprehensive go-to-market plan with AWS to generate pipeline, including demand generation, events, campaigns, and executive alignment
  • AWS Joint Pipeline Execution: Oversee all opportunity registration and co-sell activities within AWS’ ACE Portal, ensuring compliance with AWS co-sell requirements and maximizing AWS-sourced leads and seller engagement
  • Marketplace Strategy & Operations: Lead our migration and listing strategy on AWS Marketplace, including pricing alignment, procurement workflows, seller private offers (SPO), and ongoing optimization to accelerate transaction velocity
  • Revenue Accountability: Track and report KPIs related to AWS-sourced and AWS-influenced pipeline, Marketplace transactions, and co-sell impact; collaborate with Finance and RevOps to build accurate attribution models
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Legal, and Engineering to align the partnership with company goals and customer requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience navigating both start-up and enterprise SaaS environments preferred
