Summary

Join Experian as a North America Partner Manager to cultivate and manage relationships with channel and integration partners, driving sales and revenue growth. You will identify and onboard new partners, providing support and training while managing existing partner performance. Responsibilities include uncovering new sales opportunities, tracking partner revenue, and delivering on revenue targets. The role requires experience in sales, partner management, and channel strategy, along with a strong understanding of direct and indirect sales processes. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of complex sales or customer relationship management-related experience
  • Create exponential revenue growth
  • Knowledge of consumer credit reporting
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to travel

Responsibilities

  • Maintain excellent relationships with all Direct/Indirect & Important Integration Partners
  • Uncover new use cases and opportunities to sell FSD products through partners and direct sales to partners
  • Help Partners create leads and referrals through GTM activities, training, and sales enablement
  • Track and forecast Partner revenue and performance
  • Deliver both direct and indirect revenue targets through partners
  • Identify and onboard new channel partners
  • Provide support and training to partners to ensure success
  • Manage the performance of existing partners, and develop strategies to improve their sales and revenue
  • Maintain relationships with partners, and work with them to achieve mutual goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and channel efforts
  • Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on competitors and market conditions
  • Manage channel partner budgets and forecasts
  • Develop and implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives
  • Report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue
  • Resolve conflicts and challenges within the channel
  • Provide support to partners on product and solution offerings
