Requirements

  • You possess a proactive attitude and do everything to achieve goals

  • You have a healthy amount of competitive spirit
  • Prioritizing multitasking is no problem for you. You have an independent and structured way of working
  • Experience in partner management, sales or customer acquisition
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead sales lead research, generation & management: You proactively identify leads and build a strong pipeline of catering partners in the DACH region. From cold acquisition to contract signing, you take over all steps of the sales process
  • Cold acquisition of qualified catering partners: Active acquisition of new partners and building relationships with decision-makers in the gastronomy sector
  • Qualification of catering applicants: Evaluation of potential partners to ensure that they meet the high standards of heycater!
  • Onboarding of new catering partners and handover to partner management: Ensuring a smooth onboarding and seamless handover to the partner management team
  • Support and expansion of an assigned portfolio in the top 7 cities

Preferred Qualifications

  • An affinity for the gastronomy industry is a plus
  • Startup experience is a plus!
