Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, with a strong emphasis on Web3 and blockchain payment solutions
  • Proven success in driving sales pipelines and securing revenue through referral and reseller partnerships
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
  • Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales and partnership objectives consistently

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including referral and reseller organizations within the Web3 space
  • Identify, negotiate, and execute partnership agreements that align with organizational objectives and drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through partnerships, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets
  • Work collaboratively with partners to secure joint wins and deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Leverage your extensive network to expand the company’s presence in the i-gaming, e-sports, Internet, and skill gaming sectors
  • Stay informed about market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
  • Work closely with internal teams to align partnership strategies with broader business goals
  • Provide feedback to product and development teams based on partner and market insights
  • Represent the company at industry events, forums, and conferences, fostering awareness and strengthening relationships within the Web3 ecosystem

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within startups, showcasing agility, resourcefulness, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
  • Strong network and deep understanding of partner ecosystems in the i-gaming, e-sports, Internet, or skill gaming industries
