Summary

Join 1Password as a strategic partner marketing leader to drive recruitment, enablement, and growth across the Managed Service Provider (MSP) channel and other strategic channel partners. You will leverage your expertise to design and execute impactful programs attracting, onboarding, and empowering partners. Working closely with various teams, you'll create campaigns driving partner success and revenue growth. This is a remote opportunity based in Canada or the US. The role involves managing marketing programs, creating content, supporting events, and overseeing MDF. You will analyze performance, build relationships, and report results.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of B2B MSP and VAR partner marketing experience, preferably within the SaaS or cybersecurity industry
  • Strong project management, and organizational skills with a track record of managing budgets, and multiple priorities
  • A self-starter with a hands-on approach and entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Proven success in managing strategic partnerships and implementing successful marketing programs
  • Deep understanding of partner demand generation, partner field marketing and partner event management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with partners and internal stakeholders
  • Proficient in leveraging analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and demonstrate ROI
  • Expertise in developing co-marketing strategies and managing cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing programs to attract, onboard, and enable MSPs and other channel partners, driving partner engagement and activation
  • Plan, design, and execute co-marketing initiatives, including to-partner and through-partner campaigns leveraging digital channels, events, and tailored content to drive demand generation, lead conversion, and revenue
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored marketing collateral such as whitepapers, blog posts, and webinars to support partner success
  • Support the design and onsite execution of 1Password sponsorship for MSP and channel-focused events, in collaboration with the Director of Field & Corporate Events
  • Partner with the Channel Enablement team to create and deliver training materials and activation resources for both internal teams and partner sellers
  • Oversee the Market Development Funds (MDF) program, ensuring efficient allocation, ROI tracking, and compliance with program guidelines
  • Measure the effectiveness of partner marketing programs, provide actionable insights, and report results through dashboards and summaries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment on priorities and consistent communication of goals
