Summary

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Partner Operations, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry
  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and partner ecosystems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other relevant tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner-related inquiries and issues from Sift’s Partner Managers
  • Streamline and optimize partner onboarding, training, and enablement processes
  • Implement and manage partner performance metrics and reporting
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute partner-driven revenue strategies
  • Work closely with the Revenue Operations team to align partner operations with overall company goals
  • Coordinate with product, finance, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless partner experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner records in CRM and other relevant systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create partner-specific materials, enablement tools, and reporting frameworks
  • Develop and maintain process documentation

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with PRM (Impartner), CIM, and Ecosystem revenue platforms (Crossbeam)
