Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in HR/People Operations roles, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
- Experience working in a global, distributed company and supporting remote teams across multiple time zones
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance across different regions (e.g., North America, Europe, LATAM, APAC)
- Hands-on experience with HR tools (HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in an agile, high-growth environment
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable making data-driven decisions
- Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams and improving employee experience
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement process improvements to improve employee experience and operational efficiency
- Manage employee data in our HRIS (e.g., BambooHR or equivalent) and ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product) to ensure smooth and compliant global employment operations
- Optimize core People Operations processes together with the rest of the People Operations team: onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee recordkeeping
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices across multiple jurisdictions
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in all jurisdictions where we operate or hire
- Contribute to the development and implementation of People policies, handbooks, and internal documentation
- Collaborate with the People team to support strategic projects such as performance reviews, talent development, and organizational planning
