Requirements

  • Ability to manage external partners with a focus on relationship-based sales/referrals
  • Strong relationship management skills with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask efficiently, and manage time and resources across multiple partnerships
  • An analytical mindset with comfort in reviewing performance data and turning insights into action
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day relationships with active BHG Strategic Partners to ensure seamless collaboration and performance alignment
  • Provide proactive updates to partners regarding the status and performance of referred lead flow, addressing inquiries and highlighting opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate closely with the BHG Sales team to ensure partner leads are prioritized, contacted, and progressing through the sales funnel effectively
  • Analyze partner lead data to identify trends, resolve bottlenecks, and propose actionable solutions that improve conversion rates and overall partner satisfaction
  • Monitor partner pipeline activity and produce regular performance reports for internal stakeholders and partner accounts
  • Identify and escalate operational or performance issues early, and work cross-functionally to develop resolutions
  • Support strategic initiatives aimed at expanding lead volume and improving the quality of partner-generated opportunities
