Summary
Join Tebra as a Partnership Program Manager and lead the growth of our partner ecosystem. You will manage existing partnerships, identify new opportunities, and drive revenue growth through strategic collaboration. This role involves creating and executing go-to-market plans, working cross-functionally with various teams, and understanding technical requirements for partner integrations. You will be responsible for expanding partnerships, discovering new opportunities, driving revenue, and collaborating across teams. The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years of experience in channel sales or partnership development, preferably in healthcare SaaS or technology. Tebra offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a channel sales and/or partnership development role, direct channel sales experience preferred
- Ability to program manage the partner process, including invoicing, reporting, portal engagement and marketing programs
- Experience with carrying a revenue quota, forecasting and pipeline management
- High level of business acumen
- Passionate about fostering and growing strong relationships with company partners
- Ability to work cross-functionally with numerous stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing Tebra partners, ensuring sustained growth and success
- Identify and secure new partnership opportunities to drive business growth and align with Tebraβs strategic vision
- Monetize partnerships and identify innovative ways to unlock additional revenue streams
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies with partners, ensuring seamless execution and measurable results
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align goals and drive success
- Understand and document technical requirements to support successful partner integrations
Preferred Qualifications
- Industry experience in healthcare SaaS or technology preferred
- Familiarity with creating partner strategy
- Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
- Experience with using Outreach as a sales engagement platform preferred
