Requirements

  • 5+yrs of experience in overseeing partner programs
  • Can demonstrate strong tracking, analyzing, and reporting skills on partner performance metrics
  • Experience providing ongoing training, enablement, and communication to partners
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred
  • Fluency in Portuguese is a plus
  • SFDC, Impartner, Clari or equivalent systems experience
  • Proven sales experience in technology software or information security
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through channel partners
  • Experience in a start-up technology company preferred
  • High Performer who goes above & beyond
  • Ability to work effectively as a remote employee
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with partners, colleagues, and customers daily
  • Willingness to travel (<30%)
  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the partner program, ensuring seamless partner onboarding, engagement, and support
  • Continuously assess and refine the program structure, benefits, and incentives to maximize partner performance and satisfaction
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner goals with company objectives
  • Track, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Develop content, tools, and resources to enhance the partner journey and improve program effectiveness
  • Provide ongoing training, enablement, and communication to partners to ensure they are equipped for success
  • Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners to drive collaboration and mutual success
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the outsourced sales, marketing, and customer success teams, ensuring they are aligned with the company's GTM strategy and goals
  • Track and analyze team performance against key KPIs, ensuring the outsourced team meets sales targets and other key business objectives
  • Work closely with senior leadership to align the Latin America GTM strategy with broader company goals, adapting tactics to meet the unique needs of the region
  • Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration, efficient processes, and effective communication
  • Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities within the outsourced operations to enhance productivity and effectiveness
  • Ensure the GTM team is fully equipped with the necessary training, tools, and resources to succeed in the market
  • Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and proactive issue resolution
