Requirements
- 5+yrs of experience in overseeing partner programs
- Can demonstrate strong tracking, analyzing, and reporting skills on partner performance metrics
- Experience providing ongoing training, enablement, and communication to partners
- Fluency in Spanish is preferred
- Fluency in Portuguese is a plus
- SFDC, Impartner, Clari or equivalent systems experience
- Proven sales experience in technology software or information security
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth through channel partners
- Experience in a start-up technology company preferred
- High Performer who goes above & beyond
- Ability to work effectively as a remote employee
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with partners, colleagues, and customers daily
- Willingness to travel (<30%)
- Bachelorβs degree, Masterβs degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the partner program, ensuring seamless partner onboarding, engagement, and support
- Continuously assess and refine the program structure, benefits, and incentives to maximize partner performance and satisfaction
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align partner goals with company objectives
- Track, analyze, and report on partner performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop content, tools, and resources to enhance the partner journey and improve program effectiveness
- Provide ongoing training, enablement, and communication to partners to ensure they are equipped for success
- Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners to drive collaboration and mutual success
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the outsourced sales, marketing, and customer success teams, ensuring they are aligned with the company's GTM strategy and goals
- Track and analyze team performance against key KPIs, ensuring the outsourced team meets sales targets and other key business objectives
- Work closely with senior leadership to align the Latin America GTM strategy with broader company goals, adapting tactics to meet the unique needs of the region
- Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless collaboration, efficient processes, and effective communication
- Identify process improvements and optimization opportunities within the outsourced operations to enhance productivity and effectiveness
- Ensure the GTM team is fully equipped with the necessary training, tools, and resources to succeed in the market
- Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and proactive issue resolution
