Requirements

  • 8+ Years experience in a strategic role within Partnerships, Alliances and/or Program Management
  • Experience leading, managing and mentoring a high-performing team
  • Experience building, creating and driving global programs and operations that support the success of Partners at a SaaS company
  • The ability to synthesize program initiatives and create presentation materials
  • A demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with and drive outcomes across multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and strong project management skills
  • Exceptional communication with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with expanding global businesses in a cross cultural international environment
  • The ability to think strategically, enjoy multi-tasking, innovative and drive action accordingly

Responsibilities

  • Lead a high-performing international partnership and channel program team
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities to team members
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership and alliances strategy aligned with the companyโ€™s goals and objectives
  • Identify, prioritize, and pursue potential partners and opportunities, including technology vendors, strategic alliances, and other industry leaders
  • Oversee the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial qualification discussions, contract processing, onboarding, product expansion, and, if applicable, offboarding
  • Drive market expansion efforts by identifying new geographic regions, regional events, channels and new industries for growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for existing technology partners, including additional product expansion while exploring new distribution channels
  • Incorporate consistent communication plans for global partners and specific partner personas for announcements, events, product updates, and continuing education
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (ie NPS) to assess the effectiveness of partnership and channel initiatives
  • Communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities to the management team, senior leadership and other key stakeholders
  • Drive Technology Partner eco-system growth and retention
  • Identify opportunities to improve, automate and scale internal processes
  • Achieve yearly revenue and OKR targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge and experience of the Legal / LegalTech Industry
  • Experience with Salesforce, Totango, MS Power Platform, Asana, PRM systems
